Technical Requirements

Shows ideally require a playing area of 6 by 6 metres, free from overhead obstructions, although we can squeeze into smaller spaces. A quiet, focused area i.e. away from noisy generators, sound systems etc. is preferable.

Our shows are completely self contained for power etc.

We require a steward to accompany our walkabout / driveabouts, and would appreciate a steward to be present during shows.

Indoors, a minimum ceiling height of 3 metres is required and smoke detecting fire alarms may need to be switched off. (If this is not possible Pyrotechnic effects can be omitted.)

Duration

Shows and Walkabouts last 30-40 minutes as required with a maximum of 3 spots per day.

Parking and Changing

Vehicle access is required to the venue and/or parking space close to the show area.
We can use our van as a changing room.
The Van is a Mercedes Sprinter long wheel base. It is 6.5m long, 2.2m wide, and 3m high.
Registration No. NG 56 NFE

Overnight Accommodation (Where required)

We can stay in the van, on a campsite or in a B&B.

Insurance

We hold full Public Liability Insurance through Equity.

"I am writing to let you know how much we enjoyed "Cabin Fever" which you performed at this years festival. It was certainly a measure of how much people enjoyed the show when they all stayed despite the awful weather! It was a pleasure to work with a company who was willing to make a success of the event even though the elements were against you. I look forwards to working with you both again in the future."
Cathie Davies, Events Co-ordinator, Norwich City Council

I would like to thank you on behalf of myself and the camp, for all your hard work in making the circus skills such a success - the fact that I could leave everything up to you, made my life so much easier."
Jane Booth, Northumbria Scout and Guide Camp.

"May I congratulate you both on the circus show that the children performed on Saturday 7th August-it was absolutely brilliant! You must have been very proud of the way all your and their hard work came together-I know I was. You both have an excellent approach to working with children, bringing out the best in each and everyone of them. I am sure that they will look back on the experience with great fondness and some magic memories of the day they performed in the circus show. The Fun Factory Workers all enjoyed the experience as well, and working alongside two professionals is good "in-house" training for them."
Sonia Inkster, Assistant Manager, Islesburgh Community Centre, Lerwick, Shetlands
